The gpti's biannual "offsite" offers distance from daily business, intimate business discussions in a calm atmosphere and strategic learning from experts and like-minded people.
The social aspect is not neglected, as the best ideas and conversations do not always arise as part of a fixed program, but sometimes at the bar. You know: "been there, done that"...
"offsite" is the format in the gpti from which the closest connections, cooperations and most surprising learnings arise.
What we expect from all participants are our core values of openness, curiosity, respect and the will to be "part of the solution". This creates the depth and quality that allows us to learn from each other more quickly.
